Methods of Taking Shilajit Resin

There are two methods for you to take the daily shilajit. If you prefer simple and effective way of taking shilajit, please directly place it straight under your tongue to achieve better sublingual absorption.

Alternatively, you could max it with water (up to 40°C) or other beverages (such as milk, tea, honey, etc.) . The resin will naturally dissolved in water without stirring.

Frequency of Taking Shilajit Resin

We suggest taking 4-6 times per week and the optimal duration is 1 to 2 months as a period time. After 1 to 2 months’ consumption, you could take a two-week break and then repeat the consumption period again.

If it looks a bit dry, place the container in a warm place for 20 minutes to soften or you can add a little drinking water to it and stir after 2 hours.

5. Please store the shilajit resin in a dry, dark, room temperature (77℉) place.
